Love this super easy and creamy Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip. It’s a hit at every party.
This Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip is one of my favorite dips to make (and eat). Probably because it’s one of the stars of our family Christmas Eve get together. It’s my go to for a comforting snack because it brings back all types of great memories of loads of fun with the family.
I was feening for a little comfort food. Then my friend provided the best excuse. She and the family were coming over. I already had my mind set on making a bunch of finger food but now hubby wouldn’t look at me sideways for all of the food I was making.
Yup, that’s my idea of a great day. A day filled with delicious finger foods, family and friends. The best part of this dip is that it takes under five minutes to mix up and makes a great starter dish. Once you’ve popped it into the oven you can move on to the next dish you want to cook.
I’m so happy to share this warm (and tasty) reminder of what I love about the holidays with you. This Baked Spinach and Artichoke recipe is one of my favorites and not just because my mommy makes it.
If you decide to serve this at your holiday get together, think about serving it in a bread bowl. It feels all fancy, but it’s finger licking good. If you didn’t guess it was a hit when my friend and her family came over.
