As soon as the weather gets a little warmer, I plan on adding some deliciously sweet peaches. I love peaches (and Georgia) but there are tons of tasty fruits you can add to this fruit salad.

Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

Makes 6 servings


  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, diced
  • 12 ounces blueberries, diced
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 12 ounces grapes, halved
  • 1 pound fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Tools: large mixing bowl, small mixing bowl


Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.

In a small bowl mix together honey, lime juice and zest.

Pour honey lime dressing over fruit then toss to evenly coat.

Place in fridge to cool.

And it’s done. If you are making this for a party (or dinner), I’d suggest you put it in a nice glass bowl so everyone can see the beautiful colors.
