Greek Yogurt Bowl with Blueberries

A Greek Yogurt Bowl with Blueberries and chia seeds is the go-to breakfast when you want something healthy and delicious in the morning.

Greek Yogurt Bowl with Blueberries and chia seeds your go-to breakfast when you want something healthy and delicious in the morning.

Some mornings I want something easy, fresh and light to eat. For our family, it’s this Greek Yogurt Bowl with Blueberries. When I first started Keto I spent my morning devouring bacon and eggs. After believing too much of it was bad for me I relished being able to have it for breakfast.

Then bacon and eggs got old and I wanted something light and delicious. Don’t get me wrong I love bacon and eggs in the morning (and so do the kids) but we also love this yogurt bowl.

We actually love it some much we have Greek yogurt with blueberries as a snack. It’s perfect any time of day (even as dessert). My little bowl of yogurt had an added bonus (kind of) the littles loved it too. It was a serious”mom wah” because I had to share and “mom win” because it’s really healthy especially with the added chia seeds.

There are just a few ingredients so it’s simple and easy to make for. It’s not labor-intensive like making bacon (even if you’re baking it). One of the my littles like to have their yogurt bowl is with granola, coconut and blueberries.

There are so many topping options, everyone can I have it they way they like it. I make mine Keto friendly by swapping out granola for chia seeds and replacing the honey with erythritol (or liquid stevia).
