My little loves peanut butter and jelly but at school he wasn’t allowed to have any nut product. So when he was home it seemed as though he always wanted peanut butter and jelly. He said for it so often, I found different ways to make it so I could be excited about it. And that’s how the PB&J Sushi Roll Recipe was born.
Has that ever happen to you? You find yourself eating the same thing day in and day out. And you like it, but you want something a little different?
He always wants peanut butter and jelly, so much so that I get sick of it and I’m not even eating it. But it’s pushed me to expand my peanut butter repertoire. I’ve found tons of ways to add peanut butter to dishes. From cold sesame noodles to peanut butter cookies we’re just having a peanut butter bonanza over here. You like peanut butter? I got you. But today’s dish is just for my babies.
PB&J Sushi Rolls. What can I say? I’d do anything for my babies. I have one little that’s not so found of peanut butter unless it’s on his noodles. It took a while but I eventually figured out how to get him to eat it. (PB every day, doctor’s orders). And I absolutely love to see the looks on their faces when I introduce something new. It’s heart warming.
