Baked Parmesan Zucchini Chips

I’m not a football fan but this weekend is the Super Bowl and it’s always nice to have a snack. So for game day I’m making baked parmesan zucchini chips. Potato chips are a must have at any party. Baba Ganoush: Eggplant Dip
