I’m not a football fan but this weekend is the Super Bowl and it’s always nice to have a snack. So for game day I’m making baked parmesan zucchini chips. Potato chips are a must have at any party. But since hubby and I have been working on getting this baby weight off, I thought zucchini chips would be slightly healthier to munch and crunch on.
There is nothing more gratifying than some crunchy, well seasoned french fries. Of course, after making several healthy dishes for family and friends, I’ve been a little more thoughtful about making my favorite food more healthful. It was also important to use that bag of 5 pound potatoes I bought last week. So I present to you baked rosemary french fries.
This week has been filled with great Mediterranean foods. Including, one of my favorite snacks Baba Ganoush (eggplant dip). Even though we’ve had all types of Mediterranean food this week baba ganoush was the perfect addition. Totally flavorful and deliciously light. Perfect to satisfy my snack attack.
