  • 24 ounces salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Lemon Dill Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar


  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Place a piece of parchment paper or foil on a baking. Spray or brush with olive oil and place salmon on baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil with lemon zest. Then brush mixture over salmon fillets and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place salmon in the oven to bake for 18 to 20 minutes. If making fillets began to check salmon at 16 minutes.
  • Salmon is done when you can flake salmon using a fork.
  • While salmon is baking, combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, salt, pepper and vinegar in a medium bowl. Mix until completely combined.
  • Once finished, gently cut into serving sizes and drizzle lemon dill aioli over salmon.
