Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Scramble

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup deli ham sliced
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until butter has melted and pan is hot.
Pour egg mixture into pan and wait 30 seconds to 1 minute until to egg begins to set.
Sprinkle ham over the top of eggs. Then with a spatula, gently use spatula to move eggs from one side of the pan to the other. Folding eggs and ham into each other.
Once egg has thickened and no liquid egg remains, add shredded cheese and remove pan from heat.
