Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup deli ham sliced

Instructions

  • Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until butter has melted and pan is hot.
  • Pour egg mixture into pan and wait 30 seconds to 1 minute until to egg begins to set.
  • Sprinkle ham over the top of eggs. Then with a spatula, gently use spatula to move eggs from one side of the pan to the other. Folding eggs and ham into each other.
  • Once egg has thickened and no liquid egg remains, add shredded cheese and remove pan from heat.
  • Serve immediately.
