Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons peanut butter or peanut butter powder
  • 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener like Pure Via

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 2 to 4 minutes or until smooth.
  • If you like a thinner smoothie add and additional 1/2 cup to 1 cup of milk.
